BOURNEMOUTH VS LIVERPOOL LIVE MATCH PREVIEW

After a 10-year drought, Liverpool won the EFL Cup for the ninth time in 2022, making them the most successful team in the competition’s history. But, Manchester City defeated them in the fourth round of the previous season, ending their defense. Liverpool advanced to this point this season by defeating Leicester City, a Championship team, and received a bye to the third round because of their involvement in the Europa League.

For the second consecutive year, Bournemouth is in the EFL Cup’s fourth round; however, they haven’t advanced past this point since 2018–19, when they were able to make it to the quarterfinals. Thanks to a last-minute effort from Ryan Christie, Bournemouth defeated Swansea City in the second round of this year’s competition following their promotion.
