Expectation
Dortmund hasn’t won the Bundesliga “Klassiker” since 2018, while Bayern will be trying to recover from an ugly cup exit in midweek.
Last season, both games—a 2-2 tie in Dortmund and a 4-2 loss to Bayern Munich—were filled with goals. Since 2017, Dortmund has let up 3.4 goals per game on average to their main competitors.
The defending champions Bayern have now scored in 36 straight Bundesliga games; they last failed to score in September of last year.
Dortmund, who is currently unbeaten, has scored in their previous 29 Bundesliga games and hasn’t been in a goalless Bundesliga tie since October 2019.
Help Harry Kane and Bayern to recover in the “Klassiker” by securing a vital three points.
1-3
